When we were looking for a place that would help with my father's passing, both in dignity for the dead and for the surviving family, we absolutely made the right decision with Ames monument and cremation.
A humble man, my father wanted only to be cremated. Nothing fancy, nothing big, and most importantly, nothing that would burden the rest of us financially.
Other places we called were asking for a lot. Always with the upsell. When you are grieving, it is hard enough without the soft upsell. Thank goodness this place was just very supportive and helpful. Even when some of the paperwork had an error, they worked with me.
Death should be dignified, and not another money grabbing opportunity for others. If you agree, then this is the place that will provide a you that experience.
